We serve nutritious meals in our dining hall to the men that are residents. People that are non-residents are also welcome to come in and eat with us during these meals. The mission has several cooks that cook various meals all sharing the load. The dining hall serves around 400 meals a day, three meal daily.
Our Kitchen, Dining Hall Manager is Stephen Short. He has skillfully worked and managed the dining hall coordinating the men who work underneath him. He has a main breakfast cook, a main lunch cook, a main supper cook, and a main weekend cook. He also makes sure to order the items that are needed for the kitchen and snack shack use.
