Volunteers are an important part here at the Fort Myers Rescue Mission. We appreciate everyone, from all walks of life, that have served faithfully for several years. We also appreciate the ones that come and bring their children so their families can experience helping others less fortunate. We also have court-ordered volunteers who have community service hours to fulfill.
Volunteer Opportunities:
Serve Meals: Help us provide hot, nutritious meals to individuals and families experiencing hardship. Join our team in the kitchen or dining area to prepare and serve food with compassion and care.
Maintenance Assistance: There is always beautifying and upkeeping of the grounds for those who like hands on projects.
Miscellaneous Projects: For the handyman type- upgrading and maintaining the facilities, and we often have various projects that require extra hands. Your skills and talents can contribute to our ongoing efforts to create a welcoming environment for our guests.

We would love to get you set up with the hours you need/want to work and in what area you can work.
